Dear user,
In an occasional, very rare, situation, a damaged print file can cause the printer to enter an "error" situation, where you have to clear the error yourself.
How do I recognise the error?
If you have selected one or more print job(s) to print and these are then (partially) not printed, check what message the printer gives at the bottom of the printer display. Do you see the message "PDL PCL Work Memory full" or does the message "Waiting to print..." remain visible? Then you are dealing with this error.
Why do I have to solve the problem myself?
Normally, when an error message appears, the printer deletes all remaining print jobs that have not yet been printed. Only in this situation, this does not happen. The jobs will be printed at a later time, while you are no longer at the printer. So your printouts are visible to others, which is not desirable.
How to solve the problem
If the message "PDL PCL Work Memory full" or "Waiting to print..." is visible, follow the instructions below for the printer type.
We are working hard to prevent this message or situation from occurring as soon as possible.
Until then, please clear the error yourself.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
