The RUG Printer is installed by default on all managed UG workstations. To print on an user-managed workstation, you must install the RUG Printer yourself.
In File Explorer, go to \\prn003\RUG_Printer to install the driver.
Note:
The PRN003 is a temporary solution for printing on user-managed workstations. A better solution is currently being worked on.
