Is your print job not coming out of the printer (e.g. due to a fault) but the costs have been deducted from your print credit? We will make sure you get this amount back.
This is done as follows:
- Take a screenshot of the debited credit.
You can find an overview of your transactions in the UG print portal and the Campus Print app, under the tab Credit > Transactions. - Send an email to rugdecentraal@canon.nl
Please include the following:
- your name
- your UG email address
- name of the Organization/ programme (UG)
- reason for refund
- the amount you want to claim back
- and attach the screenshot.
The amount will be added back to your starting credit balance within a few working days.
