On the form you fill in when sending all parcels and for registered mail for abroad, you enter your email address (sender's email address). The sender will receive a Track & Trace at this email address to follow the shipment. The T&T can only be sent to one email address.
The status of a shipment can be requested:
- For parcels sent via the Mailroom, contact the Mailroom.
- For parcels sent via University HUB, contact University HUB
- Shipping date
- Name of recipient
- In case of foreign countries > the country
