In the UG print portal and the Campus Print app, you submit a request to have your own print credit returned to your bank account. For example, when you finish your study.
The administration fee is €2.50. The remaining credit will be refunded to your bank account within three weeks of receiving your request.
Request in the UG print portal
- Go to: https://rug.mycampusprint.nl
- Log in with University account or guest account.
- Click the [Credit] tab.
- Click [Refund].
- Enter name of account holder, email address and IBAN.
- Click the [Request credit refund] button.
- Click the button and then click [Log out].
Request in the Campus Print app
Important: You cannot request a refund when automatic top-up is switched on. You need to disable it first in the print portal. (Enable and disable automatic top up)
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Tap [Top up], next to your print credit.
- Select [Refund] in the menu.
- Enter name of the account holder, your UG email address, and the IBAN number of your bank account.
- Tap [Request credit refund].
