From 3 April to 28 April, Canon will replace all Ricoh printers at the UG locations with new Canon printers. On which date this happens at a specific location the University communicates through various channels including an announcement at the printers and through the info screens at the location.
Important to know:
- You can continue to print on a Ricoh printer until it is replaced. You can use your existing Ricoh print credit for this purpose.
- If you want to print on a Canon printer, you need new print credit from Canon. These can be purchased in the new RUG print portal and the new Campus Print app.
