1. Log in with a University card
Place your card on the card reader and wait until you hear a beep.
Note: The image below may differ from the situation at University of Groningen.
2. Login with the Campus Print app
The Campus Print app requires permission to use your device's camera to log in. The app will ask for this permission if it does not already have it.
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Choose University of Groningen as location.
- The first time you use the app, log in with your University account or with your guest account.
- Tap [Log in].
- Scan the QR code on the printer's start screen.
3. Login with your University account credentials
Forgot your University card or phone? You can always use your UG credentials to log in to a printer.
- In the start screen tap on [AD Login].
- Enter your UG username and password.
- Tap on [Login].
4. Login with PIN code (guest users without UG account only)
- You can easily request a PIN code:
- Go to: https://rug.mycampusprint.nl and log in with your guest account.
If you do not yet have a guest account, create one. - Click on the
button in the upper right corner to go to your account settings. - Select 'PIN code'.
- Click on [Request new PIN code].
- Your PIN code is displayed immediately and is also sent to the email address that is connected to your guest account. Please note: It may take about 15 minutes to activate your PIN code.
- Go to a printer. Tap on the display on [PIN code].
- Enter your PIN code and tap on [Login].
Tip: You can also see the pin code in the Campus Print app.
Make sure you have installed the Campus Print app on your smartphone. (Install the Campus Print app)
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Select your location.
- If you have not previously logged into the app, log in with your University username and password or guest account.
- Tap [Login].
- Tap [Show my PIN]. Your pin code is displayed.
