In some cases, changes can be made to placed orders, provided that the order has not yet been processed. Please call our Canon Service desk as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. If the order has not yet been printed, it can be cancelled free of charge. If your order has already been printed, you can no longer cancel or change the order.
