Students and guest users buy print credit in the UG print portal and the Campus Print app. Here you can also see how much print credit you have. Employees, both with a P account and F account, do not need to purchase print credit.
Note: If you buy print credit, your new balance is usually visible within minutes. However, it can sometimes take a little longer, up to half an hour. If the print credit is still not correct after a maximum of three hours, you can report this to the CIT Servicedesk.
Top up in the UG print portal
- Go to: https://rug.mycampusprint.nl
- Log in with your University account or guest account.
- Click on the [Credit] tab.
- Click on [Top Up].
- Click an amount in the overview. The payment menu opens.
- Choose your desired payment method.
- Click on [Transactions] to check the increase.
- Click the button and then click [Log out].
Top up in the Campus Print app
Make sure you have the Campus Print app installed on your smartphone. (Install the Campus Print app)
- Open the Campus Print app. When using the app for the first time, you need to log in.
- Tap [Top up], next to your print credit.
- Select [Top up] in the menu.
- Tap an amount to top up your print credit.
- Select a payment method in the payment menu.
- Complete the payment in the payment module.
- Select [Transactions] in the menu to check the payment.
Tip
If you print regularly and don't want to manually top up your print credit every time you run out of print credit, you can also top up your print credit automatically by bank transfer.
