In the UG print portal and the Campus Print app, you can see how much print credit you have and which transactions have been made.
View in the UG print portal
- Go to: https://rug.mycampusprint.nl
- Log in with your University account or guest account.
- Your print credit is shown at the top right of the page.
- Click on the amount at the top of the page.
- Click on the [Credit] tab.
- Click on [Transactions]. The transactions are displayed.
- Click the
button and click then [Log out].
View in the Campus Print app
Make sure you have the Campus Print app installed on your smartphone. (Install the Campus Print app)
- Open the Campus Print app.
- The first time you use the app, you must log in once with your University account or guest account.
- At the top of your screen is your current print credit.
- Tap [Top Up] and then select [Transactions] to show the transactions.
