The online Canon Help Centre is a quick and easy way to find information and instructions on how to print, copy, scan and buy print credit. You will also find answers to frequently asked questions about ordering from the Canon Webshop. If you have a question or problem, please check the Help Center first.
We are here for you
You canon go to the Canon Service Desk, located at Hanze University on the Zernike Campus, to have small orders printed and bound, collect orders from the Canon Web Shop, for more complex repro issues and personal advice. Prefer to meet on site or online via video call? Feel free to make an appointment with the Canon Service Desk Advisor.
The Canon Service Desk can also be contacted for any other queries or problems regarding payments in the Canon Webshop, print credits, printer faults and creative services. We are happy to help.
Openings hours
All our service employees are available from Monday to Friday, from 8.30-17.00.
