You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready and has been assigned the status ‘Processed’ (visible under Order History in the Canon Webshop).
For employees:
- If you selected Pick up at RUG location in your shopping basket, your order will be collected from Canon by University HUB the next business day - after you received the email the order is ready - and delivered at the Facility Service points (the receptions).
- If you have chosen to Pick up order at the Canon Service Desk Zernike, your order will be ready at the Canon Service Desk as soon as you have received the e-mail. You can pick up the package during opening hours.
- If your order is shipped via a parcel service, you will receive the track and trace number by email as soon as the order is out for shipment. You can track your order on the websites of the postal and delivery service. In most cases, you can expect it the next working day. Canon is not responsible for any delays.
For students:
- Orders in the Canon Webshop can only be shipped to a home address. You will receive an email once your order has been presented to the parcel service.
