Describe the complaint as accurately as possible and provide the order number so that we can deal with it immediately. After submitting the form, you will always receive a response from the Canon Service Desk within 1 working day.
To properly assess complaints, you can also drop off one or more copies of the print product at the Canon Service Desk.
