If you are logged in the Canon Webshop, you can view the status of your order under
Order history.
The following statuses may be displayed:
- Shopping cart = the order is in shopping cart but the payment has not been completed yet.
- Ordered = the payment / order has been completed and will soon be taken into production.
- Processed = the order has been handed over to University HUB or postal and parcel service. You can expect your parcel the next working day. Employees can also pick up a rush order at the Canon Service desk. You will receive an email as soon as it is ready.
